42-year-old Birmingham entrepreneur, Malcolm Yates B.Sc., M.I.A.P, founded Grosmount Software Engineering in 1997. Prior to starting Grosmount, Malcolm had gained over 10 years experience working in the computer software industry in a variety of roles ranging from Student Engineer (as a graduate at GEC Avery Ltd.) right through to Manager of Engineering (at FTP Software Inc.).
